Being the largest pub in the UK, this is one LARGE pub! You may regard this as a good thing, or a bad one. It's on at least three levels, sells gorgeous food and is a sight to behold. I urge you go there, just for a look, I think it's a little too big, not much atmosphere. Although it was a Sunday lunchtime we visited. Plan your visit to the toilet carefully. I was sitting on the top level, and the male toilets were out of order, resulting in a three mile hike to have a wee. Emily thinks it takes too much concentration to find you way round - she got lost once - and that this distracts from the overall experience.
