A large, open and in our opinion under-decorated Beefeater pub. There seemed to be three large rooms. One to either side of the bar, and the remaining one a long, wide affair holding the bar and nothing else. The room to the side we sat in was full of old people, which made for a unique atmosphere, but one in which I felt quite welcome. There was more of the "local lad" element at the bar, with their Ford Orions and VW Golfs with big exhausts parked outside.
