The Dog and Gun, Crosshills
"Timothy Taylor & Co Ltd"
A typical "local" pub, without being unfriendly. You do not feel as if you are encroaching on other peoples space. It was a Wednesday when we visited and this means Jazz! A local band play every Wednesday and they are quite good. It is a good pub to sit in and drink a quite pint. The male toilets were a bit on the smelly side and with a bladder as weak as Mikes, that is something that really causes many otherwise good pubs to get a worse score than they deserve. (Please email us and tell us what you think on this matter)
