Loud
|
| This
large pub is down by the river and split
over three levels. It gave me the
impression of being an Irish pub, its all
sort of dark and wooden. My friend Chris
and I did our best ever 'Mind Reading'
performance in this pub. According to Chris
the local, it can be busy and
studenty and hot but it is "Good
to sit outside of down by the
river." |

Family
|
| This is
a large pub. I know a barmaid. Her name
is Emma but she wears a Helen badge. The
food is good, if you can put up with the
screaming children that a Bank Holiday
Monday seems to attract. The pub does
have a Crazy Golf Course in its grounds
though, so what more can you ask for!?

Quiet
|
| This
was quiet when I visited one dinner time
(lunch time to you Southerners.) This pub
is Square with a raised bit
running round the edge. The food was
nice, if a little expensive for what you
got. According to Chris
the local, it can attract the younger
element and is rather well hidden behind
the Grafton Centre but it is "Good
for a quiet pint or five, even in the
evening." |
