The Fox and Grapes, Pudsey A Pint Of Ale Pub Review

A community pub in Pudsey, The Fox and Grapes has an excellent quiz night and is always busy.

We spent the evening in this cosy friendly pub in Pudsey. The pub is made up of two rooms, both different and both traditional. We whiled the night away drinking Black Sheep Best Bitter, which was a decent pint, if not at its utmost best. Tetley’s Bitter was on tap and the guest this week was Theakson’s Best.

Old pictures of Pudsey hang on the walls of the corridor that links the two rooms to the toilets. A large framed picture of the pub as it was in the 1940s was on the wall opposite us.

The Fox and Grapes has a free to enter pub quiz on a Wednesday and this is followed up with free pie and pea suppers: well worth a visit!
